Paul Kohl, Ph.D.


Dr. Kohl specializes in film studies, media criticism, and broadcast writing.   He is a regularly published author in several popular culture texts and journals.  Kohl has been teaching at Loras since 1995.

 

Mary Lynn Neuhaus, J.D.


Professor Neuhaus specializes in communication law and business speaking/writing.   She joined the communication faculty in 1988.  Neuhaus served as the head coach of the national powerhouse Loras Mock Trial team until the spring of 2012. 
 

Patrick Pisarik, M.A.


Professor Pisarik teaches digital imaging, desktop publishing, and broadcast journalism.  He currently serves on the board of the Iowa College Media Association.  Pisarik has been a faculty member since 1993.  
 

Craig Schaefer, M.A.


Professor Schaefer specializes in creative video production and broadcast journalism.  He is an award-winning documentary filmmaker and commercial director.  He currently serves on the board of directors for the Iowa Broadcast News Association, the Iowa College Media Association, and the Julien Dubuque International Film Festival.
 

Seth Myers, MFA


Professor Myers specializes in motion graphics, After Effects, Flash and digital design.



 

Mary Carol Harris, Ph.D.


Dr. Harris specializes in communication research and public relations.




 

Maggie Sullivan, Ph.D.


Dr. Sullivan teaches a wide variety of communication courses, including communication theory and persuasion.
