Admission is free; no ticket or reservation required The year 2030 might seem like a long way away, but not if you are planning a one-way manned mission to Mars! Come join us to learn how this long flight is possible and the steps being taken to put humans on Mars. (Presenters: Zach Schroeder, Hermes Ruiz, and Zach Lindstrom)

Admission is free; no ticket or reservation required Mark Toland knows what you’re thinking! Join the Loras College Activities Board for an evening of Mind Blowing Entertainment. Mark Toland will astound you with telepathic feats and will leave you wondering, how did he do that? He has performed his award-winning mind reading shows for companies such as Disney, McDonald’s, Citi Bank, Dos Equis, and the US Marine Corps. Most recently, he used his skills to correctly predict the outcome of the 2014 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament, guess the headlines of The Chicago Tribune over three weeks in advance, and ride a bicycle through the busy streets of Chicago completely blindfolded. You don’t want to miss this extraordinary event.

Enjoy outdoor lunch, free snacks, activities, inflatables, live music and chances to win Loras College prizes with your fellow Duhawk family members. Lunch can be purchased at the tailgate as follows: Adults $6.75, Children age 10 and under $5.00, Students $6.75 or a meal swipe.

Support your Duhawk football team as they take on Simpson Adult: $6; Age 55 and over $5; Students (kindergarten through college) $3; age five and under is free; Loras faculty, staff and students free with Loras ID.

Loras Choirs present their annual fundraising event. Proceeds from this concert make it possible for our students to continue to provide Loras College and the greater Dubuque Community with high quality concerts and assist the students in touring. Come for an entertaining evening featuring our students performing selections from Musical Theatre and the Great American Songbook while you enjoy dessert. Reservations and payment required by October 13. This event is well attended, so advance reservations are REQUIRED. No refunds will be issued for this fundraising event. Come celebrate with your family and the Loras community. Mass will include a special family blessing, and members of the Loras Chamber Singers and Bella Voce will provide great music for this special celebration of family! All faith traditions are welcome. Family Weekend brunch will follow. Join us to see why worship at Loras is so inspiring!

Bring the entire family and help us celebrate the conclusion to Family Weekend with a delicious brunch. Live music will be provided and we invite you to have some fun with our family photo booth. We will honor the Parent/Guardian of the Year as well as present the Father John Naumann Award. The Naumann Award is presented to a faculty or staff member who has provided exemplary service to students. Brunch will be served following the Campus Liturgy.

Reservations and payment required by October 13. Please register early as this event will sell out.
Brunch tickets that are purchased online will be available outside the ballroom for pick-up.

Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis and NO RESERVATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE DOOR.
