Lead 4 Learning
Tier 1 'Lead 4 Learning' focuses on enhancing the individual. Participants will learn more about their personal values and leadership style. Tier 1 will help students to get involved on campus and help them to acquire the skills necessary to successfully hold leadership positions on campus and beyond.
Activities in Tier 1 include:

Values, ethics and role modeling discussion

Expanding Horizons project

Ongoing reflection on experience
Alternating tiers of the LEAD 4 LORAS program will be offered every semester (ie. Tier 2 and Tier 4 in the Fall, Tier 1 and Tier 3 in the Spring) and each tier will consist of 6-10 sessions. At the completion of each tier, participants will receive a certificate of completion and the opportunity to continue on to participate in the next tier.
LEAD 4 Loras is based upon the Social Change Model of Leadership, and is focused on enhancing consciousness of self, congruence, commitment, collaboration, common purpose, controversy with civility, and citizenship.
