St. Joseph Auditorium in Dubuque, Iowa

St. Joseph Auditorium Day

April 13 @ 11:00 am – 6:00 pm

Are you ready to make history while helping preserve it? The Loras Players, our esteemed theater troupe that stands as the oldest west of the Mississippi, is calling on you to be a part of something truly special. We invite you to join us in a community effort to maintain and beautify our beloved St. Joseph Auditorium, streamline backstage facilities, and declutter and downsize overstock.

As stewards of a rich tradition in the performing arts, we understand the importance of maintaining a clean and welcoming space for our audiences and artists alike. Your participation in this initiative not only contributes to the upkeep and accessibility of our historic venue but also fosters a sense of pride and camaraderie within our community.

Here are the details for the clean-up event:
Date: Saturday, April 13
Time: 11 AM to 6 PM
Location: St. Joseph Auditorium/Hoffmann Hall

Whether you’re a longtime supporter of the arts or someone looking to make a difference in our community, we welcome volunteers of all backgrounds and skill levels. By lending a hand, you’ll not only help ensure the continued success of the Loras Players but also play a vital role in preserving the legacy of theater on campus and in our region for generations to come.

RSVP is requested (but not required) by April 10 to help prioritize and plan the effort. Light refreshments will be provided to keep you energized throughout the day. CLICK HERE TO RSVP.

Thank you for considering this opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Together, let’s show campus the power of community and the enduring spirit of the performing arts.
