Family Weekend offers events and special programs for families and the Loras community. Join us for some special activities, live entertainment, tailgate fun, and much more!

TENTATIVE WEEKEND SCHEDULE

Friday, September 19
5:00 –
6:00 p.m.		 Information Table / Alumni Campus Center
Stop by to pick up a printed schedule, grab a campus map, or get answers to any questions you may have about the weekend. We’re here to help you make the most of your visit!
6:00 p.m. Pub Social / Alumni Campus Center
Join us for a lively evening of trivia hosted by Bob Slattery! Students and families are welcome to team up for fun questions, great company, and prizes.
7:00 p.m.  Men’s Soccer v. Carthage / Rock Bowl Stadium
Cheer on the Duhawks under the lights!
Tickets available at the gate: $10/Adults, $5 Seniors/Students.

Saturday, September 20
7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Dubuque Farmers Market / Upper Main District – Iowa Street (between 10th & 13th Streets)
Stroll through one of Iowa’s oldest farmers markets featuring local produce, baked goods, handmade crafts, and more. A perfect way to start your Saturday!
10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Football Tailgate / Lillis Athletic & Wellness Center Parking Lot
Gear up for the big game with a pregame tailgate! Enjoy music, fun, and food available for purchase. Tailgate guidelines can be found below.
1:00 p.m. Duhawk Football v. University of Dubuque / @ University of Dubuque
Head across town to cheer on Loras in this exciting local rivalry matchup!
1:00 p.m. Women’s Soccer v. Lawrence / Rock Bowl Stadium
Support our women’s soccer team as they take on Lawrence in what’s sure to be a great match. Tickets available at the gate.
3:30 p.m. Men’s Soccer v. Greenville/ Rock Bowl Stadium
Catch more Duhawk action as our men’s team returns to the field for their second match of the weekend. Tickets available at the gate.
7:30 p.m. Pop Concerts: Loras Jazz Band / Hoffmann Hall – St. Joseph’s Theater
Join us for an evening of live music featuring the Loras Jazz Band. Enjoy complimentary desserts during the performance. Free and open to all students and families!

Sunday, September 21
10:00 a.m. Sunday Mass / Christ the King Chapel
All are welcome to join us for Mass to close out Family Weekend in community and reflection.
7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Family Weekend Brunch / Cafe in Alumni Campus Center
Enjoy a special Family Weekend brunch after Mass.
Cost: $10.25/person (Loras students may use a meal swipe).
