Schedule a campus visit with the Lynch Disability Resource & Cultural Center.
Print, complete, and submit our Disability History Update form (pdf). To submit, please email the completed form to lynch.learningcenter@loras.edu or mail it to the address below. If possible, please email or mail by our December 15 priority date.
