Reynolds (’06) holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from Loras College. She received her Master of Social Work from St. Ambrose University and a Master of Human Services from Capella University. She returned to Loras to teach in the Social Work Department in 2022. Reynolds has worked in child welfare, substance use, foster care/adoption, and mental health counseling. Reynolds is currently the director of a non-profit in the Dubuque area called Urban Bicycle Food Mission. She has special interest in food insecurity, homelessness, and LGBTQ+ issues.
