Molly joined the Loras athletic training education program in 2015 as an assistant professor and clinical coordinator of athletic training education. She assumed the role of program director in 2017. She earned her bachelor of science in athletic training from Clarke College in Dubuque, Iowa, and master’s of science in athletic training from the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, IA. In 2021, she completed her doctoral studies at Concordia University, Chicago, earning a PhD in health and human performance.

Molly teaches a variety of classes in the graduate athletic training program at Loras, including advanced care and prevention of athletic illness and injury, pathophysiology, and healthcare administration. Prior to arriving at Loras, Molly served as an adjunct instructor of athletic training education at Clarke University, and corporate wellness team leader at Hines & Associates in Dubuque, IA. She has been a BOC Certified and State of Iowa Licensed Athletic Trainer since 2004.
