Media Studies Continues Success with IBNA Awards

The Loras College Media Studies program continues to earn accolades as they earned ten awards, including four first place nods, from the Iowa Broadcast News Association (IBNA).

The competition is open to all colleges and universities in Iowa.

In addition to the awards, Marion Edwards (‘23) was chosen as one of three students in the State of Iowa to serve as a student director for the IBNA Board of Directors. The IBNA Board of Directors is elected by the membership of the organization at the annual convention, which took place on April 17, 2021.  Each board member serves a one-year term.
